  • Crisis Response Network
    offers a 24/7 helpline for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, substance abuse crisis, risk of homelessness, and a variety of other concerns. They are based in Arizona, but their helpline is open for any state.
  • IAMAlive
    Offers an immediate messaging service for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. 100% volunteer run by people who are certified in mental health crises
  • Calm
    Free app which offers meditation, stretching, mindfulness, and relaxation to help with sleep.
  • Smiling Mind
    Free app for adults and children to practice mindfulness daily
  • Headspace
    App which provides guided meditations, mindfulness, exercise assistance, relaxation for sleep, a kids function, and more. Cost is 69.99 annually, but there is a student plan, and if someone has financial need they can contact the company for reduced or free app help@headspace.com

  • What’s up app
    A free app which utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques and Acceptance Commitment Therapy to assist individuals in coping with anxiety, depression, stress, and more. Use the positive and negative habit tracker to maintain your good habits, and break those that are counterproductive. We particularly love the “Get Grounded” page, which contains over 100 different questions to pinpoint what you’re feeling, and the “Thinking Patterns” page, which teaches you how to stop negative internal monologues.
