Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) in Behavioral Health

All day -
CLAS standards include a set of 15 action steps and recommendations to advance health equity, improve quality of care, and help eliminate health care disparities. By providing culturally and linguistically appropriate services, providers can increase access to services and increase engagement with diverse populations.
This training will provide an overview of the CLAS standards and begin the discussion on how we can ensure that dignity and high quality of care are rights afforded to all West Virginians.
