Life Skills Eduction Session: Self-Care

Hour-long sessions every month that include a topic of interest to be covered as well as a laid-back environment to ask questions and discuss. Join others in similar situations that you may be able to relate to and connect with both during and outside of the sessions.

When: Every third Wednesday of each month from June through November 2:00-3:00pm

This session will look at establishing healthy habits to help manage stress and cope with change and look at ways to help prevent boredom and ideas for things to do to enjoy your time that you make for yourself.
