This two-part webinar series will provide an evidence-based overview of the scope of the current problems related to substance use during pregnancy in the United States. This session will:

  • explore the unique needs of women related to outreach, engagement, treatment, and recovery through a trauma-informed lens;
  • review data on the impact of prenatal substance exposure;
  • provide a summary of national initiatives and resources that have been deployed to address the problem; and
  • highlight best practice guidance resources for health care providers and their partners.
